Unability to log-in into game

I was trying to log in but after i put the PIC , i will just be stucked at the page instead of getting in-game.
I disabled all my looback adapter , restarted my comp, redled the client , redled the set up , but couldnt get in-game.
Finally, i tried with a new acc and i was logged in successfully. I tried to unstuck my acc but the problem is still there.
Please help me.

can anyone pls help me ? im really desperate as i hav been unable to log in for 4 days already

I wish i could help, But it seems you tried alot already.

All support i can offer for now is, 4 days only? Learn patient and go to rehab.

Try using another account?
If that works, Your char might just be bugged.
Donor status can be refunded i guess, Chase and Andro aren't careless assholes who would say no.

PM Andro or Chaste and ask for your status and stuff to be transferred into your other character .

Well if you haven't read the News , this server is going to be shut down and restarted because of all the bugs . They are also adding new systems like Ring effects and PVP . So either way , our characters will be wiped .

Edit : But Donators will be getting their status back . Along with their MSI .

What godly items ? You don't think everyone else doesn't have it ? Of course we have a whole bunch of crap we don't want to lose but it can't be helped . If we want this server to keep on going without any horrible bugs . So put up with it . You'll be getting your donar status back so suck it up . If you're not happy with it get out & what Michelle said , go to rehab .
