stat AP after MSI

hi all. i donno weather is it normal or bug. i change a msi jux now, and when is done. my str , dex etc was reset to 4. before i had my msi change my stat was all 32767 base. ( default when u get as u lvl )
this was the 2rd msi i change in game. when the 1st i change is the same too. but still remind some of the ap to max my str and dex. so wanna know is it normal or bug? thx all for the time. cheers.

The whole point of making MSIs is just so you can "transfer" all your stats onto an item that you can wear so that you're able to gain more stats by RB-ing.
