How long have you been playing the server? : Since 3-13-11 (2 more days until 2 weeks)

Hours able to dedicate to the Cosmo Forum a day : It depends. On regular school days, I can probably contribute 1-2 hours. On weekends (If I'm not doing anything), probably 2-3 hours. These times could possibly change.

Previous Experience (please provide SS/other proof) : I have no previous experience because I never applied for anything. x)

What do you intend to do/improve when your application is approved? : Whatever I am needed to do and help with. I can improve server "updates" when told to be posted, etc.

Extra Comments : I can only contribute so little time because I like to hang out with my friends when it is warm out, I'm sorry for that.
