Cant login?

If you continiously dc after double clicking your character, try this.
First, go to start -> control panel
Choose Hardware (and sound)
After that, click on Device manager.
And last right-click on the Loopback Adaptor and select disable.
If it still doesnt work. I do not know the answer, and you should ask the one's in charge of server for help.
also, this may not be the solution for all the problems that you may have with logging in.

I've got this problem at the moment, but it doesn't seem to work for me. :S

I cant pass the PIC page with one of my character with a donor status, but I can log in with another character. After I enter a random PIC, it just hangs at the loading page for going in-game. I waiting for like 10minutes and its still stuck there. I re-dled my set-up , re-set-up, re-dled my client , and did everything i could but could solve the problem . i tried ur solution but didnt help . can u try helping me out?

Log in with your other character and try to ask a GM to unstuck your character. Or just wait for a restart if nothing works.
