Cygnus rebirthing. Empty Cygnus rebirthing.

I'm a 120 cygnus and it will not let me rebirth or level past 120 and it says I need to be 200 when I try to rb.

Mabey the cap is 200, Ive seen alot server where 200 is also for KoC.
