Spyware, trojans and other malware Empty Spyware, trojans and other malware

Okay, what's happening here? Everytime I run a virus scan on a servers client it turns up clean but when I run it I get pop-ups with detected spyware, trojans and other malware and am forced to chuck it in the virus vault. I've already had to throw the maplestory.exe into the vault for a suspected win32/themida virus.

More specifically the virus it detects is TR/Spyware (trojan)

what antivirus program are you using?

Google up on what is a false positive.
